Discovery Session:
This is a stand-alone service but also a great way to kick-off a broader collaboration. Think of it as a ‘back of the napkin’ business development audit. The way it works – we’ll have a chat, and I’ll ask you a ton of questions about your business. Based on that call, I’ll send you an email about how to accomplish your business development and partnership objectives. Fixed fee service.
Project Based:
This is perfect when you have something specific that you’d like to accomplish, whether it’s targeting a specific partner, creating an overall BD strategy, assessing a new market, launching a program to support a new product, or something else. I can develop the project plan and hand it back for execution or I can help you implement the project. Priced based on the scope of the project.
Fractional BD Exec:
This model is ideal for a company who wants access to an executive level leader but doesn’t need someone on a full time basis. Perhaps you want help building a team or revamping an existing one. Maybe you want to experiment before committing to a full-time resource. Or maybe things are just a big crazy right now and you need extra help. Retainer model – based on your needs.
